The Software Engineering Manager will manage and oversee the design and development of software applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers ensuring all regulations and goals are met. In this position, you can expect to work with the newest technologies in a collaborative and agile team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and create new features
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs
- Ensure software development best practices are followed throughout the development process
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Identify and address technical and operational risks
- Design and create best practices for implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of Developers
- 5 years of .NET experience
- 5 years of T-SQL or MSSQL experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Innovative problem-solving ability
- Strong leadership mentality
- Ability to shift gears and learn new technology or information quickly
- Effective time management and priority-setting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
